Prepare a property proposal

Property and authority

Identify the city, property type, capacity and your relationship to the property. Staff may request proof of your authority and permission to use photos through a private case workspace. Do not publish occupants’ information in this form.

Commercial details

Describe availability, minimum stay, price and currency, included charges, deposits and cancellation conditions. Staff must verify these details before an offer can be published.

Listing and reservation control

Published inventory is managed in the property marketplace. A proposal, an availability enquiry, a temporary hold and a confirmed reservation are different stages. Keep your Case ID and use the status shown for your case.
