Clear boundaries before work begins.
These terms govern the public website and case-intake platform. A specific paid service is governed by the written proposal, order, engagement, invoice and/or contract accepted for that case.
1. Platform operator
The website and SMG platform are operated under the name SHEVCHENKO MOBILITY GROUP (SMG). Public contact details and the current corporate disclosure framework are available on the Corporate Information page.
Where a particular service is supplied by a separate legal person, licensed professional, employer, property owner, relocation provider or other partner, that party and its role must be identified in the relevant written engagement.
2. Website use is not a service contract
Browsing the website, submitting an intake form or receiving a Case ID does not by itself create a paid-service contract, employment contract, tenancy, property reservation, visa entitlement, legal representation or guaranteed appointment. A Case ID confirms operational receipt of a request only.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Immigration, visa, residence, employment, property, banking, travel and other third-party outcomes depend on facts and decisions outside SMG's control. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, SMG does not guarantee approval, issuance, employer selection, property availability, processing time, government appointment, financing or any other third-party decision.
4. Professional and regulatory boundaries
Website content is general operational information, not legal, tax, investment or regulated financial advice. Where a matter requires a licensed lawyer, immigration professional, tax adviser, real-estate professional, security provider or other regulated specialist, the relevant professional should be identified and engaged under appropriate terms.
SMG is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, visa-issuing body or employer merely because those subjects appear on the platform.
5. Football Agency and regulated agent services
The SMG Football Agency section provides an intake and operating framework for football-related enquiries. Submitting a player profile, club request, scouting reference or receiving an SMG Case ID does not create a representation agreement, appointment as agent, club mandate, employment contract, trial, transfer, registration or entitlement to commission.
Where an activity constitutes regulated Football Agent Services, the service must be performed by a natural person whose applicable FIFA football-agent licence has been verified and under a written representation agreement meeting the applicable FIFA, member-association and national requirements. The SMG brand or a company operating under the brand is not represented as the personal FIFA licence holder.
- A person submitting information for another player or club must have lawful authority to provide the information and to request contact on that party's behalf.
- A minor-player enquiry may be submitted only through an appropriate parent/legal-guardian route. No regulated representation step is activated merely because a public form was submitted.
- Club identity, responsible contact and authority are reviewed before a club-side mandate or regulated transaction is recorded.
- Transfer values, salary expectations, public profiles and third-party market estimates are informational references and are not guarantees, independent valuations or promises of a deal.
- Any agent service fee, commission or other football-related remuneration is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory rules in force for the transaction. Separate services may not be described or structured merely to evade mandatory football-agent rules.
- SMG does not guarantee club interest, a trial, selection, employment, registration, international clearance, work/residence permission, transfer completion or payment by another party.
6. Accuracy of client information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and lawfully obtained information. Do not submit forged, altered, stolen or misleading documents. SMG may suspend processing, request verification or decline a request where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unlawful or presents a material compliance/security risk.
7. Fees, payments and third-party costs
For every SMG visa-related service, the SMG professional service fee is paid in two stages: 50% in advance before substantive case work begins, and the remaining 50% only after the client attends the scheduled biometrics appointment with the agreed SMG accompaniment. The signed service agreement and invoice must show the total fee, both amounts, the specific biometrics milestone and payment recipient. SMG begins case work only after the advance has been received.
If a route has no biometrics appointment, the public Visa Service Offer does not apply to that case and no substitute payment milestone may be used under it. Government, visa-centre and other third-party charges are itemised separately and disclosed before payment; they are not represented as SMG’s service fee. Read the Visa Service Offer for the case-specific acceptance and accompaniment terms.
SMG is a private company, not a government authority, embassy, consulate or visa-issuing body. It does not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, processing time or any government decision. Cancellation and refund treatment must be stated in the signed agreement and comply with applicable law; an advance is not automatically non-refundable.
8. Booking, property and job information
Property listings, salary guides, vacancy pages, availability dates and similar information may change. A property is not reserved until expressly confirmed under the applicable booking/lease terms. A job page does not constitute an employment offer; employment exists only when the authorized employer issues the relevant offer/contract and applicable legal requirements are satisfied.
9. Case communications
SMG may communicate through the contact channels supplied by the user. The public tracker intentionally exposes only limited case status information. Sensitive documents should be exchanged through authorized protected channels, not open public forms or unsolicited third-party links.
10. Accounts and security
Staff/partner access is personal and may not be shared. Users must protect credentials and immediately report suspected compromise. Unauthorized attempts to access private client data, bypass roles, scrape protected files, interfere with the service or introduce malicious code are prohibited.
11. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, SMG branding, platform design, original text, workflow materials and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a company or destination does not imply endorsement or formal partnership unless expressly stated.
12. Service availability
The platform may be updated, suspended or restricted for security, maintenance, legal compliance or technical reasons. SMG aims to maintain continuity but does not promise uninterrupted public website or software availability.
13. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law and the applicable written engagement, responsibility should be assessed according to the actual service undertaken, the parties' conduct and reasonably foreseeable direct loss; third-party decisions and events outside reasonable control remain outside SMG's control.
14. Governing terms and conflicts
If these website terms conflict with a signed case-specific agreement, the signed agreement governs that service to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Applicable governing law, dispute procedure and competent forum should be stated in that engagement rather than inferred from this public website.
15. Changes and contact
SMG may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. The version/effective date above identifies the current public text. Questions may be sent to roman@shevchenko-group.com.
