English version · Public offer
Provider: Ukrainian company LLC “SHEVCHENKO MOBILITY GROUP”, EDRPOU 46405489, 6 Berezniakivska Street, apartment 5, Kyiv, 02152, Ukraine; email roman@shevchenko-group.com (“SMG”).
1. Services and limits
This public offer covers only the visa-application coordination and administrative document-support services described in a case-specific Service Order. An order must name the route, tasks, delivery steps, total SMG fee, currency, responsible provider and any excluded work. SMG may help organise information, check a document set for completeness against an agreed checklist, coordinate translations or appointments, and accompany the client to an agreed biometrics appointment where listed in the order.
SMG is a private company. It is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, visa centre or visa-issuing body. SMG does not provide legal representation or promise that a visa, permit, appointment or decision will be granted.
2. How this offer is accepted
A case-specific Service Order must be provided to the client through the protected SMG client portal or as a signed document. It must identify the contracting entity and payment beneficiary, scope, price, currency, the two payment amounts, the biometrics location and the agreed accompaniment task, expected client inputs, third-party costs, and cancellation/refund terms. The client accepts that order by the explicit acceptance control in the protected portal or by signing it. A website enquiry, email asking for information, or Case ID alone is not acceptance and does not start paid work.
SMG records the accepted order and version. Substantive case work begins only after SMG confirms receipt of the 50% advance in its business account. Online collection remains unavailable until SMG publishes that the protected checkout is active for the specific case. Do not pay through a public page, social profile or unverified payment request.
3. Mandatory 50/50 fee schedule
The SMG professional service fee is paid in two equal parts: 50% before substantive case work begins, and the remaining 50% only after SMG has accompanied the client to the scheduled biometrics appointment described in the accepted Service Order. The order and invoice show the total, exact amounts, currency, beneficiary, location and accompaniment step.
The second instalment is not due before the client attends that appointment with the agreed SMG accompaniment. Whether the authority accepts the application, captures biometrics, grants a visa or makes any other decision does not affect SMG’s delivery of the accompaniment service. If the client does not attend or the appointment is cancelled before the accompaniment takes place, the biometrics milestone is not complete and the second instalment is not due.
If the relevant route does not require a biometrics appointment, this offer does not apply to that case. A separate written agreement is required for any other service and its fee schedule. This offer does not permit a substitute payment milestone or make the second instalment due unless SMG accompanies the client to the scheduled appointment.
4. Government and third-party costs
Government, consular, visa-centre, translation, insurance, travel, courier and other third-party charges are not part of the SMG service fee unless the Service Order expressly itemises them. The client normally pays the third party directly. SMG may collect a third-party charge only where the order separately identifies the supplier, amount, currency, purpose and refund rules and the client has expressly agreed.
5. Client duties and timing
The client provides accurate information, makes truthful declarations, supplies requested documents through the protected case channel and attends agreed appointments. SMG will explain the tasks it undertakes and notify the client of material changes it learns about. Appointment availability, government processing time, third-party system availability and decisions remain controlled by the relevant external body.
6. Cancellation, refunds and mandatory rights
The client may request cancellation through the protected portal or by email. Any refund is assessed against the work actually performed, amounts already paid to third parties and the specific accepted order, subject to mandatory consumer and other legal rights. The 50% advance is not automatically non-refundable. Nothing in this offer excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
7. Personal data and sensitive documents
SMG handles case information under its Privacy Notice. Do not send passport images, identity numbers, biometric data, bank credentials or payment-card details through a public enquiry form or ordinary social message. Use the protected client portal after SMG has linked it to your case.
8. Governing terms and language
The Service Order and this offer are read together. Any case-specific condition must be written into the order and expressly accepted. Mandatory law and consumer rights remain unaffected. The Ukrainian version below is provided for clients contracting in Ukraine; where a Ukrainian-language consumer contract is required, the Ukrainian text governs.
