English version · Platform Rules
Effective 27 September 2026. These rules apply to anyone using the public website, intake forms, client and partner portals, staff workspace or AI-assisted functions operated by SHEVCHENKO MOBILITY GROUP (“SMG”). They work alongside the Terms, Privacy Notice and any signed case-specific agreement.
1. Use the right route
Public pages are for information and enquiries. A form submission or Case ID confirms receipt only. Use your own authorised account and the portal intended for your role: client, candidate, employer, partner, owner or SMG staff. Staff access is granted by SMG and must not be shared.
2. Give accurate information
Provide information that is lawful, current and accurate. Do not impersonate another person, submit forged or altered documents, hide authority restrictions, invent a mandate, misstate a vacancy or claim a relationship, licence or endorsement that has not been verified and authorised.
3. Protect identity and account data
Do not enter passport numbers, identity-document images, biometric or medical data, payment-card details, bank credentials, passwords or one-time codes into a public enquiry form. Upload sensitive files only through a protected case workspace after SMG has linked the account to the case and requested the document. Never send credentials or verification codes to SMG staff.
4. Respect access, confidentiality and security
Access only records and files that your account is authorised to use. Do not guess IDs, bypass login or role checks, scrape private data, share another client’s documents, probe the service, interfere with availability, upload malware, or attempt to expose credentials or secrets. Report suspected account or data exposure promptly to roman@shevchenko-group.com.
5. Use AI and automated tools responsibly
AI-assisted intake or document extraction may be incomplete or wrong. Verify every important name, date, document field and decision against the original source. SMG staff remain responsible for human review where the workflow requires it. AI output is not legal advice, a visa decision, a hiring decision, a medical opinion or authority to sign or submit a document.
6. No guaranteed third-party outcomes
SMG is not a government, embassy, consulate, visa-issuing body, employer, football federation or property owner merely because its website describes those services. Public content and AI suggestions do not guarantee a visa, appointment, job, club interest, transfer, housing availability, bank approval or processing time. A specific service begins only under a written order or agreement.
7. Payments and agreements
Do not pay from a public page or based only on an advertised price. A case-specific order must identify the provider, beneficiary, scope, total price and payment milestones. Visa-related SMG service fees use a 50% advance before substantive work and the remaining 50% only after SMG accompanies the client to the agreed biometrics appointment, as set out in the Visa Service Offer. Government and third-party charges are listed separately. Online checkout is unavailable until SMG explicitly activates it for the case.
8. Football and partnership information
Submitting a player or club enquiry does not create representation or a transfer mandate. Regulated Football Agent Services require a named, verified, licensed natural person and a separate written representation agreement. Publishing a B2B framework does not mean that a club, academy, employer or factory has already entered a partnership. See the B2B Partnership Framework Agreement.
9. Misuse, moderation and review
SMG may restrict a session, suspend an account or refer a request for human review where there is suspected fraud, unauthorised access, a safeguarding concern, unlawful content or a material security risk. Where appropriate, SMG will provide a route to correct the issue or ask for review. Nothing in these rules removes rights that applicable law protects.
10. Data, updates and contact
Use of the platform is subject to the Privacy Notice, Cookies and Storage Policy and AI Data Privacy Rules. SMG may update these rules for operational, legal or security reasons and will show the effective date of a new version. For questions, security notices or privacy requests, contact roman@shevchenko-group.com.
