DOCUMENTS & CONTRACTS
Every football case has a controlled document file.
The protected Football Document Center versions and links files to the correct player, club, licensed agent, representation agreement or transaction. Public forms never expose or store confidential contracts.
Representation Agreements
Player or club representation files tied to the named licensed agent, mandate record, term, review evidence and signing status.
Offers & Deal Contracts
Offers, employment contracts, transfer agreements, loan agreements, termination documents and federation filing references.
Guardian & Minor Files
Guardian consent and minors-compliance evidence remain private and are accepted only against an identified minor-player record.
Licence & Registration Evidence
FIFA licence evidence, MLSZ/IFA registration evidence and transaction filing records are tracked separately from marketing claims.
Invoices & Payment Evidence
Transaction-linked invoices and payment evidence are kept in the case file without treating an invoice as proof of settlement.
Immutable Versions
Each stored file receives a SHA-256 digest and version. A replacement supersedes the old file instead of silently overwriting it.
Controlled Legal Status
Files move through DRAFT, REVIEW, APPROVED, SIGNED and FILED states. Final states require explicit review and signature evidence.
SMG Document Automation
The Football Desk connects to the existing Document Factory, Template Library and Company Vault for controlled preparation and production.
A stored file, template or status entry does not replace legal review, signature formalities, FIFA/association filing or the underlying authority of the parties. Executed documents remain in protected staff storage.
REGULATORY BOUNDARY
Licensed person first. Transaction second.
The platform is designed so the SMG brand or company is never treated as the licensed football agent. A named FIFA-licensed natural person and a written representation agreement are required before regulated Football Agent Services are recorded.
FIFA licensing
FIFA defines a football agent as a natural person licensed by FIFA. Only licensed individuals may provide Football Agent Services to clients. Official FIFA information.
Written representation agreement
Regulated agent services are recorded only after a written agreement identifies the parties, duration where applicable, service fee, nature of services and signatures. Player/coach agreements are additionally subject to FIFA term and legal-advice requirements.
Hungary / MLSZ
Where Hungarian national rules apply, the responsible licensed agent must follow the current MLSZ registration and filing requirements. MLSZ Football Agents portal.
Minors
Minor-player work is not activated from a public form. It requires the applicable guardian consent, FIFA minors education/eligibility evidence and a manual review of the permitted approach period and national rules.
Current operating status
Submitting either form below creates an SMG case for review. It does not establish representation. If no verified licensed agent is assigned to the case, SMG does not present the enquiry as regulated agent representation.

A player transaction often creates non-football operational needs. SMG can route those needs into its separate existing service verticals without treating them as Football Agent Services unless they are part of a compliant representation scope.

Clear rules before a player or club enters the pipeline.
The public website collects enquiries. Representation, regulated agent services and transaction authority are established separately and only with the required evidence.
Does submitting a player or club form create a representation agreement?
No. Submission creates an SMG review case and Case ID only. Regulated Football Agent Services require a separate written representation agreement with a verified FIFA-licensed natural person.
Who can provide regulated Football Agent Services?
The operational system records those services only against a named natural person whose FIFA licence has been verified. The SMG brand or company is not treated as the licence holder.
Can a minor player be submitted?
A parent or legal guardian may submit an initial enquiry. Any representation step involving a minor remains blocked until the applicable guardian consent, FIFA minors requirements and national rules have been reviewed.
Can a club submit recruitment requirements without a mandate?
A club can submit an enquiry and scouting requirement. Regulated representation or transaction activity is not recorded until the club identity, authority and any applicable written mandate have been verified.
