Operating principles

1. Clear scope and responsibility

Every request must state the requested service, responsible contact, next action and written scope. A case receipt confirms intake, not a guaranteed result.

2. Honest availability

Jobs, properties, suppliers and other live opportunities are published only with a verifiable source, current status and review date. Historical profiles are not active listings.

3. Client privacy

Collect only information needed for the case. Keep private records in authorised SMG workflows, restrict access by role and case, and never request passwords or card details in public channels.

4. Human review

Automated tools may assist routing and drafting. A qualified person reviews important case, legal, commercial and client-facing decisions.

5. Regulated services

Immigration, legal, tax, accounting and regulated property work is performed by properly authorised professionals for the relevant jurisdiction. SMG does not promise visa, employment, investment or transaction outcomes.

6. Football and safeguarding

Representation or transfer work requires a verified, appropriately licensed agent and written mandate. Minors require eligibility checks and safeguarding review.

7. Buyer Office orders

Product, supplier, price, delivery and return terms must be confirmed in writing per order. Buyer Office orders use 100% prepayment; cash on delivery is not offered.

8. Marketing and offers

Public claims must be accurate and authorised. Time-limited or free offers must state their scope, eligibility, dates, exclusions and third-party costs before publication. Group rules and administrator approval must be respected.

9. Security and incidents

Staff use individual accounts, approved storage and least-necessary access. Suspected data exposure, fraud, account compromise or service failure is recorded and escalated promptly.

10. Complaints and records

Complaints receive a named owner, acknowledgement and documented next step. Material decisions and client approvals are recorded in the case file.

11. Partners

Partnerships are presented as proposals unless a written agreement is signed. Each party’s scope, authority, fees and client-money responsibilities are documented.

12. Review and approval

The Director approves the effective version. Changes are versioned, dated and communicated to affected staff and users.
