Choose the right case
Inside My SMG, select your assigned case before uploading. Follow the document list given for that case and upload only files requested for the review.
Use the same case reference from your first request through document review and follow-up.
A public request creates a case for staff review. Choose the form that fits your purpose and keep the Case ID returned after a successful submission. The Case ID confirms receipt; it is not a visa decision, job offer or booking confirmation.
Inside My SMG, select your assigned case before uploading. Follow the document list given for that case and upload only files requested for the review.
The client workspace accepts PDF, PNG and JPEG files up to 10 MB each. Use a clear, complete scan. The application checks the file type and size; an accepted upload does not prove that a document is genuine or sufficient.
Uploaded files are private and start in pending review. Staff can accept or reject them. If a file is rejected, contact your case manager for the correction needed before sending another version.
My SMG shows the cases assigned to your account and documents that a manager has specifically shared. A document may be present in staff operations but not yet approved for sharing. Group archives and other clients’ files are not part of your client download list.
If you do not have a client account, use the Case ID and the same contact details supplied in your request on the tracking page. If verification fails, check both values or contact SMG; do not keep trying other clients’ references.
Use a unique password and sign out on a shared device. Change your password inside the workspace when needed; changing it signs out other sessions. SMG public enquiry forms do not need your password, card security code or identity-document number.
